It has a great location for people wanting
to visit downtown and outside of downtown Austin. It's nothing fancy but it excelled some expectations.

We got the key to our room and there was no towels in the room. We called the front desk and it took them 2 hours to get towels to us!

ROTC was training outside my door. Very shoddy quality.

This hotel wasn't clean. The guests made me feel like I was going to get robbed. I was continuously woken up by loud guests and assorted screaming.

It was next to a Mexican restaurant.

Extremely rude staff/management.

My son woke up sick and I called to ask for 10 minutes extra to get out of the hotel (i.e., 12:10 pm).

The hotel staff was polite.

There were loud people staying there that scared me and kept me awake all night! I was in fear of being attacked.

The hotel was fine, but I think they rented rooms to people who decided to live there. The other patrons were dirty and loud all night past midnight. Being female this stay was less than ideal.

Location, clean, decent breakfast, good coffee, friendly staff.

No fruit for breakfast, non-smoking room smelled like a smoker room, spiders in bathroom.

Conveniently located to UT, neat, good for quick stay (attending UT graduation). Enough towels, free use of computer came in handy, equipped with small refrigerator and micro. Staff was friendly.
